I can log on OK but I can't send cards
If you are able to log on but you cannot send cards, there are a number of possible reasons, as follows.
Check your membership is current.
As a member of jacquielawson.com you will be able to log on to our website, use our ecards app on your phone or mobile device, and benefit from any free services and products we may have available. But to send our ecards you have to subscribe to our ecards service. You can check your membership status by following these instructions.
Check you are not blocking our cookies.
You may be able to log in OK, but when you move to a different page (e.g. to send a card) you have to log on again. This indicates a problem with cookies on your device. When you log on, we temporarily store a cookie to prove that you're a valid, logged-on member. That way, every time you ask for a new page, our server knows who you are so it can display the correct information.
To be sure that this is the problem, first log on, and you will see a welcome message in the top right hand corner of our web page. Now move to different pages of our website. If that welcome message disappears and you are asked to log on again, then that is definitely because our cookies have been deleted.
Probably what's happening is that the cookie is being removed or blocked by your browser or by some third-party software on your computer. The likeliest culprit is any kind of software which is designed to protect your privacy. If you know how to configure your privacy software, set it up to allow www.jacquielawson.com to save cookies on your computer. If you do not know how to do this, contact the software provider for directions. Then restart your computer and try sending a card again.
