I have a query about GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
What data do you hold about me, and how can I view or delete it?
If you are a current member of our website or have previously registered either to be a member or to purchase products (such as our Advent Calendars), then the following lists all the personally identifiable information we hold. Nearly all of this is available for you to view if you log on to our website and click My Details.

- Your name
- Your home address, country, post code or zipcode
Payment Details

- Card type and last four digits of card number

Address book
Your Address Book contains all of the contacts that you have given us. You can delete your Address Book entries from this page if you wish. For details, please see our FAQ page about the Address Book.
Cards pending
Cards Pending includes all cards that you have ordered and are waiting to be sent. You can delete cards which are waiting to be sent from this page if you wish. For details, please see our FAQ page on Card History and Cards Pending.
Card history
Your Card History includes all of the ecards that you have sent as a member of jacquielawson.com. You can delete your Card History from this page if you wish. For details, please see our FAQ page on Card History and Cards Pending.
We also store your IP address for each card that you have sent. We store this for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
Order history
Your Order History includes any Advent Calendars, Country Cottage expansion packs, or other digital gifts, Gift Memberships, and ecard subscriptions that you may have purchased, along with their recipients.
Please note however that Advent Calendars or other products which are no longer current (mainly Advent Calendars from more than two years ago) are not shown here.
What about data for recipients of your cards?
If you have received one of our ecards which was sent to you directly by one of our members, then the data we hold in respect of that ecard includes your email address, and the name used by the sender (which may be non-identifiable, such as "Uncle John").
It is also possible that one or more of our members has recorded your email address, and their name for you, and possibly your birthday, in their Address Book.
In both the above cases this information is unfortunately not viewable directly on our website, but you can view this information and/or have it deleted by following the instructions below.
