My Advent Calendar stopped working after 3 days!
This is normal behaviour if you have not activated your Advent Calendar – it works for the first few days only.
To fix this, please activate your Advent Calendar by following the instructions in the original notification email, and then log on to the Advent Calendar using the same email address that you used for activation.
If you can't find the original notification email, please find the activation code in your Order History – or, if you received it as a gift, ask the person who purchased it to find your activation code in theirs – and then go to the relevant Paris, Edwardian or Sussex activation page. There you can enter the code to activate your Advent Calendar. Please ensure that you are logged in using the email address you wish to link to your Advent Calendar when you activate it.
Then, open the Advent Calendar and log in using the same email address you used for activation.
