Can I re-send a product I've purchased to someone else?
Provided that you purchased the item through our website, and it has not already been activated by a prior recipient, then yes.
If you've purchased an Advent Calendar, Summer Garden or Kitchen expansion pack, or other product on our website but it transpires that the recipient does not want it, or if for any reason you want to send it instead to someone else, you can easily make this change, provided that the product concerned has not already been activated by the original recipient.
Please go to the Order History page (you'll find it in the My Details section after you have logged on). Then find the product you purchased, and you will see a list of all those you have sent so far. Scroll through the list until you find the recipient to whom you wish to resend the gift. Please note that all your gifts are shown, including those which have been activated (and therefore cannot now be re-sent), but to make it easier you can use the drop-down list to select only those which have been sent but not activated.
Click "Change" under that recipient. This will allow you to edit the name and email address for that recipient as well as the sender name (i.e. however you want to refer to your self in the notification email). If the Change option is not shown, the recipient may have already activated the gift, in which case the recipient cannot be changed. When you've finished, click the "Update and send" button at the bottom of the page. This will cause a fresh notification email to be sent immediately using the new information.
What about purchases made via the Apple/Google app stores?
The Advent Calendars, and the Summer Garden and Kitchen expansion packs can be purchased either directly from our website or as in-app purchases. An in-app purchase takes place via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. App store sales are subject to the terms of sale of Apple or Google, and as such these products unfortunately cannot be transferred to others.
