Please renew my ecards membership using the same card details as last year
Please note: The following instructions apply only if you initially started your membership here on our website. If your membership was started on your mobile device using the JL ecards app, then renewal is managed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and you should go to the relevant app store on your mobile device to manage your subscription.
We'll be very happy to renew your website-based ecards membership, but in order to do so you must be registered for automatic renewal. To check this, please proceed as follows:
First, log on to the site, click My Details next to the welcome message and then click Manage Membership.
Check that your Automatic Renewal option is switched on. If there is no section for Automatic Renewal this is because we do not hold any payment card details for you, so we cannot do an automatic renewal. However, you can renew your subscription manually in the Renewal section, and as part of that process you'll have the option to set up automatic renewal for future payments if you wish.
You can also click Payment Details. If we hold card details for you, they will be shown here, and you can take the opportunity to make sure that your card details are correct and up-to-date. If we don't hold any card details for you then there'll be a message there to say so.
If your Automatic Renewal is on, and if we have valid card details, then your subscription will be renewed automatically on the expiry date by charging the specified card.
Please do not email your card details to us – this is extremely unsafe since email is not encrypted.
