I sent the card to the correct address but I received a notice saying it could not be delivered

We're sorry we were unable to deliver the card you requested. Usually, this is because either the address you gave was incorrect, or there was some kind of spam filter or other obstruction which prevented delivery of our email.

Please understand that the non-delivery report which we sent you was generated by the recipient's mail service - not by our computers. So for example if you sent a card to xxxx@aol.com, then the non-delivery report would have come from AOL, not from us. All we can do is try to interpret the report and then forward it to you.

Therefore if the non-delivery report indicates that the address is incorrect, then it really is almost certainly incorrect: the recipient mailserver would have no reason to reject an address without good reason. So do please double-check the address - common mistakes include:

If there is an error in the address you typed, and if you use our Address Book facility to store addresses of people you sent cards to, then please be sure to correct the address in the Address Book before re-sending a card. To do this, log on and then click Address Book in the menu.

Please do not ask us to re-send the card to another address. We cannot do this for you. However it is easy for you to re-send the card yourself: simply go to the Card History page in our website (you must log on first if you haven't already); then click Resend opposite the card in question.

If the non-delivery report indicated some other reason for the non-delivery, and you would like a more detailed explanation, please contact us by taking the "no" option to the question below. Be sure to quote the exact email address of the recipient and the reference number ("Our ref:") on the non-delivery report.
