Problems using Apple Mac computer to view a card

Please select one of the following:

• I've been sent a card but I don't know how to view it
• When I try to view a card I get a plain coloured screen
• When I try to view a card it gets stuck part way through
   
• I can see the card but I cannot hear the music
• The "Exit" or "Continue" button doesn't work!
• I get Error Code 2 and then my Mac freezes!
• I am viewing one of the darker cards (e.g. Hallowe'en) and it is too dark!
   
• I am trying to view a card I was sent, but none of the above is applicable
• I am not trying to view a card I was sent
