My card preview displays incorrectly! (Ecards app only)

There is currently a bug when previewing a card in our app, which causes some non-standard characters (such as accented letters) and line breaks to disappear, and the use of an ampersand (&) to remove text following it in the message.

This bug only affects the card preview. If you send the card, it will display correctly for the recipient(s).

Card previews still work correctly on our website itself, so please send your cards from here if you would like to preview your card message before sending.
